Role Description We are seeking a motivated, proactive HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for an 8-week immersive program. This is a fully remote position designed to give emerging HR professionals hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle, strategic HR initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. Interns who demonstrate strong performance may be considered for full-time roles as our organization continues to grow. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who spots problems, proposes solutions, and takes ownership. WHAT YOU'LL GAIN PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE IN: - Employee Relations & Engagement - Supporting onboarding and new hire orientation processes - Contributing to employee engagement surveys and culture initiatives - Compensation, Benefits & Compliance - Gaining exposure to compensation & benefits administration and employee inquiries - Assisting with HRIS data entry, auditing, and maintenance - Learning foundational employment law and HR compliance practices - Performance Management - Gaining exposure to performance management - Assisting with the administration of the mid-year performance reviews - HR Analytics & Reporting - Preparing HR metrics and dashboards for leadership review - Identifying trends in turnover, headcount, and engagement data - Remote Workforce Operations - Collaborating across time zones using digital communication and collaboration tools - Supporting best practices for distributed team management and remote onboarding - AI & Automation in HR - Exploring how AI-powered tools are reshaping HR workflows - Assisting with the evaluation and implementation of HR automation tools to streamline administrative processes - Learning responsible AI principles as they apply to HR, including bias awareness, data privacy, and ethical use of people analytics Qualifications - Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field - Minimum completion of junior year by the start of the internship - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace - Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote work setup - Availability for core business hours and virtual team meetings (Eastern Time preferred) Requirements - HR certification or actively working toward one (PHR, SHRM-CP, aPHR, or equivalent) - Demonstrated ability to identify problems and propose solutions without being prompted - Prior experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling, Paylocity, BambooHR, ADP, etc.) - Familiarity with employment law fundamentals or HR compliance coursework - Experience in a remote or hybrid work environment Benefits - This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of $25, with interns working up to 40 hours per week. - The program runs for 8 weeks and will be offered in two cohorts. Candidates may participate in the cohort that best aligns with their summer schedule. - Cohort 1: June 15, 2026 through August 7, 2026 - Cohort 2: July 6, 2026 through August 28, 2026

Required Skills & Experience - Currently enrolled in a graduate program (Master’s or PhD) in Industrial–Organizational Psychology or a closely related behavioral science field. - Foundational knowledge in research design and statistics with the ability to apply these concepts to business challenges. - Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, or similar) and strong Excel skills. - Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences in a collaborative, agile environment. - Professional written and verbal communication skills. - Commitment to ethical research practices, data privacy, and inclusive decision-making. Role Description The School of Professional Studies seeks an adjunct faculty member to deliver high quality learning experiences and education for students in the online, asynchronous, self-paced format beginning at various points throughout the year. Instructors will deliver a pre-developed course, adding their subject matter expertise and real-world examples to developed content. Instructors will play an important role in the continuous improvement and overall success of the course. The selected candidate will have responsibilities teaching Anatomy & Physiology lecture and lab courses to self-paced, online, part-time learners.
