• Attend client meetings to observe, take notes, and support follow‑up tasks. • Assist with preparing timelines, meeting recaps, and status updates. • Help organize client materials and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. • Support the setup and maintenance of project plans in Asana, including tasks, deadlines, and milestones. • Track progress across workstreams and flag questions or potential risks to the project lead. • Assist in preparing client‑facing materials such as kickoff decks and status documents. • Work with internal teams (Product, Content, Operations) to gather information and update project trackers. • Participate in internal check‑ins and help document next steps and dependencies. • Support coordination of campaign activities such as reviews, QA steps, and launch preparation. • Maintain organized project files, trackers, and version‑controlled documents. • Assist with updating timelines, change notes, and other project documentation. • Help collect and summarize basic campaign metrics at project close.
