• Maintain a high-level operational overview of the department’s work, output, and performance. • Monitor workflow efficiency and address processes or behaviors that create delay, error, or rework. • Ensure the department’s work product consistently meets quality and customer satisfaction expectations. • Monitor department metrics to assess workload distribution and productivity. • Hold team leads and team members accountable for completing assigned responsibilities. • Review errors and corrective feedback and follow up to resolve root causes. • Address performance concerns and coach or escalate appropriately. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain alignment with company goals.

Job Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience managing teams, workflows, or department operations.
  • Experience evaluating performance metrics and making data-based decisions.
  • Ability to communicate expectations clearly and hold others accountable.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to error reduction.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain workflow organization.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work 8-5 Central time
