• Lead customer implementation projects end to end, keeping deliveries on track, on scope, and on time. • Coordinate the technical setup — including EHR integrations — working closely with our engineering team. • Work with customers and our Medical Operations team to ensure the right documentation templates are built and configured for each clinical environment. • Coordinate user training programmes together with Medical Operations, ensuring clinicians are confident and ready at go-live. • Act as the customer's primary point of contact throughout the delivery phase, building trust and maintaining momentum. • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across workstreams. • Continuously refine our delivery playbook, contributing to scalable processes as our Finnish customer base grows.

• Oversee the initiation, planning, and supervision of low voltage and network installation projects for multifamily properties. • Manage the construction phase of projects, ensuring successful deployment of structured cabling, network hardware, and WiFi systems. • Review Contract to provide the Project Manager with project scope, timelines, and tasks for low voltage and network installations. • Conduct site surveys with Contractors to assess existing infrastructure and identify project requirements. • Coordinate with stakeholders to develop detailed installation plans, including material and resource needs. • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., TIA/EIA, BICSI) and local building codes. • Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality and integrity of installations. • Enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulations at project sites.

• Act as the primary clinical point-of-contact for regional clinical study sites. • Ensure strict adherence to study protocols, support data collection, and verify the standardization of clinical photography and documentation. • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to our regional distribution partners, helping them manage their own training needs and answering complex clinical inquiries. • Assist the sales team with clinical presentations, support at regional industry conferences, and conduct professional product demonstrations upon request. • Perform clinical training for new and established users on an as-needed basis, leveraging deep knowledge of our aesthetic laser portfolio. • Coordinate and lead clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, company protocols, and timelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, medical affairs, and commercial teams, to ensure seamless execution of clinical programs. • Develop and monitor budgets for clinical studies and ensure cost-effective management of resources. • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with key clinical sites, investigators, and stakeholders across the region. • Ensure all clinical activities comply with applicable health and safety regulations and adhere to ethical standards. • Provide leadership and mentorship to clinical staff, fostering professional development and a collaborative work environment. • Track and report on clinical trial progress, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders. • Monitor regional and international trends in clinical research to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
