• Lead the configuration and maintenance of critical platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Slack, Lucidchart) • Drive the secure design, implementation, and management of AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM, Slack AI, OpenAI) • Provide rapid troubleshooting and proactive support for complex application issues • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices • Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify technology needs and implement impactful applications • Evaluate and implement new IT applications • Utilize KPIs to optimize SaaS licensing and manage costs • Monitor emerging SaaS and AI trends • Build, document, and execute core IT workflows • Operate with high autonomy, balancing deep-work strategic initiatives with daily operational requests • Consistently deliver results at pace required by a fast-growing, mid-market SaaS organization
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in IT, including 2+ years in IT application administration
- Proven administration of core collaboration and productivity suites, including Google Workspace, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and other enterprise SaaS tools
- Strong understanding of Google AI technologies (Gemini, NotebookLM)
- Experience in designing, implementing, and governing emerging AI solutions (Slack AI, OpenAI)
- Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of SaaS solutions for a remote/hybrid workforce
- Deep experience managing user lifecycles, permissions, and access controls using enterprise identity platforms (Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD strongly preferred)
- Proven experience automating routine IT and IAM workflows via API scripting or identity workflow tools
- Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency
- Highly collaborative mindset to manage change, communicate effectively across the organization
