In this role you will: - Collaborate closely with the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, providing both product expertise and competitive strategy. - Own product demos, tailoring each to prospects' unique needs while clearly and simply showcasing the features of Freshpaint. - Provide clear guidance on legal and security calls, addressing customer concerns around system architecture, compliance, privacy and data security. - Drive continuous process improvement for the SE team, streamlining workflows to improve our knowledge management and overall team success. What you'll bring: - Expertise with customer data platforms, digital marketing strategy, digital analytics, and the positioning of vendors within these spaces. Industry knowledge around healthcare, health tech, and health-adjacent businesses. - Full stack fluency. We don’t write code often, but knowing how to interpret data architecture diagrams and javascript will be critical to your success. You should be very comfortable using browser dev tools. - Clear communication is what you're known for. You listen intently, speak with conviction and enjoy simplifying complexity into relatable concepts for any audience. - Self-starter mentality. You are a quick learner and embrace ambiguity. If given the opportunity, you’d lead the team. There’s plenty of room for that in the near future here.
