This is a remote opportunity based in the United States. Job Summary The Diversion Analyst is responsible for ensuring controlled substance accountability throughout the medication use process. This position will help to prevent controlled substance misuse/abuse/diversion and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements throughout our customers. This team member designs and executes audits and proactive monitoring strategies for discrepant use of controlled medications, maintains records and educates customers on requirements and best practices. This role requires completing activities related to customer application education and satisfaction, industry trends, and expertise in data analysis. This role will provide services necessary to deliver and maintain a compliant and robust drug diversion monitoring program for our customers. Duties and Responsibilities - Review and dissect customer alerts to identify suspicious activity. - Document investigations for potential incidents found during investigation of alerts. - Maintain positive relationships with Drug Diversion Monitoring Services customers through training requests, monitoring, investigations, benchmarking reports, and managing workflows. - Develop expertise in industry trends, drug diversion regulations, and the Imprivata FairWarning solution. - Ensure Imprivata application of the customer is current and able to meet contractual obligations and monitor on a daily basis. - Serve the customer as a primary point of contact for services related to Drug Diversion Monitoring - Ensure the renewal of subscription Managed Services by providing outstanding customer service at all times. - Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project and process methodologies, training and documentation. - Assist with maintaining a repository of related documentation pertaining to the customer’s Imprivata enterprise. - Establish and facilitate recurring customer meetings, and manage communication of status updates, health reports, and recommendations to customer stakeholders. - Assist responses to certain support requests and troubleshooting efforts on behalf of Managed Services customer accounts. - Other duties as assigned and required. Qualifications - Associates degree required in Pharmacy, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related discipline. • Plays a pivotal role in ensuring financial health for acute and non-acute organizations by managing the charge master and regulation code changes • Conducts thorough research to maintain Charge Description Master (CDM) regularly • Collaborates with stakeholders in revenue enhancement projects including Denial Management • Analyzes changes to coding and billing rules and regulations and ensures appropriate updates to CDM and charge processes are implemented • Responsible for problem solving and resolution of complex claim edits • Ensures effective monitoring and internal control processes to improve revenue capture • Rounding on client revenue leaders quarterly to review questions concerning charge reconciliation and processes

• Provide analytical and operational support for Specialty Testing accounts receivable and reimbursement to improve denial operations workflows and processes • Research denials/claim issues for root cause and provide suggestions for resolution • Manage internal override inventory for prompt resolution • Serve as an internal conduit to gather, share, and report information related to specialty billing workflows, system behavior, and claims outcomes • Research issues to determine impacted scope of claims and Coordinate with operations/reporting team to identify and quantify impacts • Coordinate with operations/reporting team to develop and communicate workflow projects • Learn and navigate multiple laboratory systems and billing platforms; apply system workflows to billing processes to ensure expected outcomes • Conduct research, data mining, evaluation, and validation of complex specialty testing datasets to identify trends and support data‑driven decision‑making • Manage information requests from cross‑functional stakeholders, keeping them informed of reimbursement issues and changes • Exercise sound judgment in making decisions that have long‑term organizational impact • Build and maintain datasets and databases for routine and ad hoc reporting • Recommend new or improved workflows for complex billing processes to maximize cash collections • Contribute to the development, documentation, and implementation of workflow processes (e.g., appeals, prior authorizations, specialty support activities) • Proactively identify and resolve broad issues affecting specialty testing billing performance • Collaborate across Revenue Cycle Management functions to drive improvements, enhance effectiveness, and promote best practices • Apply diverse technical skills to understand laboratory systems, data structures, and workflows across Labcorp and specialty testing environments • Translate LCLS/LCBS data for use in specialty testing analysis and projects (a plus) • Support management and peers by taking on additional projects as needed
