PMP Certification preferred. The Integrated Marketing Manager is a role for a high-functioning, organized individual. You don't just know where a project stands; you anticipate roadblocks before they happen and ensure our internal teams and external agencies have exactly what they need to execute flawlessly. This role will also help define and put structure behind the important work to deliver our impactful campaigns and marketing programs on time, on budget and with excellence. Reporting to the Director of Creative, you will be the "Brand Steward" responsible for ensuring every project, from national video spots to social content calendars to complex packaging updates, can be managed the entire lifecycle of a project moves through the pipeline with precision, on time, and on brand. You are equal parts Project Leader and Account Director. You are the face of the creative team in cross-functional meetings, managing stakeholder expectations and protecting the creative vision. What You’ll Be Doing - Operational Leadership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects across Scotts, Miracle-Gro, and Ortho, utilizing Workfront and Workday to manage resources, budgets, and milestones. - Creative Operations Lead: You will vet incoming briefs for completeness, push back on "fire drills," and prioritize work based on brand impact and bandwidth. - Cross-Functional Integration: Serve as the primary liaison between Creative, Media, Legal, and Brand teams. You are the "Account Director" who ensures communication is seamless and expectations are managed. - Production & Trafficking: Lead the technical delivery of assets.
