• Own and scale non-brand Search, YouTube, PMax, and Shopping campaigns to drive incremental DTC new orders at target CPIA • Build and maintain campaign structures designed to support sustained budget growth without sacrificing efficiency or visibility into performance drivers • Design and execute a high-velocity testing roadmap across keywords, bidding strategies, audiences, creatives, and ad formats — and act decisively on what the data tells you • Analyze campaign performance and attribution signals to surface drivers, identify scaling opportunities, and inform spend decisions • Partner closely with creative and landing page teams to identify winning ad angles and improve conversion paths across Google channels • Lead and develop a direct report, elevating the team's output — not just your own • Deliver regular performance reporting that gives leadership clear, actionable visibility into what's working and why.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience — Search, YouTube, PMax, and Shopping — specifically in DTC or ecommerce environments
  • Personally scaled non-brand acquisition and YouTube campaigns with larger budgets annually
  • Proven YouTube chops — someone who has built and scaled YouTube acquisition funnels that drive real incremental volume
  • Expert in Google Ads platform mechanics — campaign structure, bidding strategy, audience segmentation, and creative testing at scale
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads Editor, and attribution tools (Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, or similar)
  • Managed or mentored at least one direct report and can elevate the people around them
  • Track record of identifying performance drivers and translating them into clear, fast growth decisions.

Director, Demand Generation Overview The Director of Demand Generation will own the strategy, execution, and performance of Storable’s demand engine for the self-storage vertical.
