Role Description Grüns is scaling fast, and Google channels are among our most powerful growth levers. We're looking for a Senior Paid Search & YouTube Manager to own and scale our non-brand Search, YouTube, PMax, and Shopping programs — driving incremental DTC new customer acquisition at efficient CPIA. You'll lead a direct report and report into our Director of Paid Media. If you thrive with full channel ownership and think in systems, not campaigns, keep reading. This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a quarterly basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL. In this role, you will: - Own and scale non-brand Search, YouTube, PMax, and Shopping campaigns to drive incremental DTC new orders at target CPIA. - Build and maintain campaign structures designed to support sustained budget growth without sacrificing efficiency or visibility into performance drivers. - Design and execute a high-velocity testing roadmap across keywords, bidding strategies, audiences, creatives, and ad formats — and act decisively on what the data tells you. - Analyze campaign performance and attribution signals to surface drivers, identify scaling opportunities, and inform spend decisions. - Partner closely with creative and landing page teams to identify winning ad angles and improve conversion paths across Google channels. - Lead and develop a direct report, elevating the team's output — not just your own. - Deliver regular performance reporting that gives leadership clear, actionable visibility into what's working and why. Qualifications - Has 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience — Search, YouTube, PMax, and Shopping — specifically in DTC or ecommerce environments. - Has personally scaled non-brand acquisition and YouTube campaigns with larger budgets annually. - Has proven YouTube chops — not someone who has dabbled or is willing to figure it out; someone who has built and scaled YouTube acquisition funnels that drive real incremental volume. - Is an expert in Google Ads platform mechanics — campaign structure, bidding strategy, audience segmentation, and creative testing at scale. - Has strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads Editor, and attribution tools (Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, or similar). - Has managed or mentored at least one direct report and can elevate the people around them, not just their own output. - Has a track record of identifying performance drivers and translating them into clear, fast growth decisions. Requirements - You treat your channels like a business — accountable for efficient growth, not just execution. - You think in systems. Scalable infrastructure and structured experimentation are how you operate, not exceptions to it. - You're deeply analytical and fast to act — you identify what's driving performance and move on it without waiting for someone to tell you. - You collaborate tightly with creative and landing page teams because you know channel efficiency doesn't live in isolation. - You communicate clearly and directly — your insights move the team, not just your dashboards. Benefits - Base salary range is between $130,000-$150,000 depending on experience. - Competitive equity packages. - Comprehensive set of benefits designed to support the well-being, growth, and balance of our team. Company Description At Grüns, we believe that foundational nutrition should be simple and convenient for everyone. We're dedicated to bringing comprehensive and real nutrition to you through our gummies, formulated from 60 nutrient-dense and whole-food ingredients. - We care deeply about each other. We’re good humans and provide support wherever we can. - We love to take on new challenges, learn new things, and express interest in new functions. - For every role, we aim to have highly competitive compensation and opportunity for impact and career growth. - Everyone at Grüns works hard, but we believe in wellness and balance too.
