Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or strategic sourcing
- At least 3 years focused specifically on medium voltage (MV) and high voltage (HV) electrical equipment
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of MV and HV power transformers (design, specifications, manufacturing processes, and market dynamics)
- Familiarity with other substation components is highly desirable
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills
- Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to meet with vendors and internal teams
