Job Requirements

Qualifications Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience - 5–10 years of enterprise consultative sales experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or professional services. - Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar accounts with a complex sales cycle. - Experience selling into digital, creative, or marketing functions desired. - Demonstrated ability to expand client relationships by navigating large organizations and uncovering new buying centers. - Familiarity with procurement-led sales, MSPs, and account-based marketing. - Strong business and financial acumen; comfortable with forecasting, pricing models, and budgeting. - Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and sales automation applications.
