Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - 3-5 years of HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Strong foundation in HR practices with a knack for technology implementation. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. - Consideration given to candidates with significant experience in lieu of a degree.
