Role Description As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join a collaborative team working to enhance and innovate our web service to expand to new customers and further improve efficiencies. Overview The Japan Country Manager runs the business with an owner’s mindset accountable for profitable growth, strong client partnerships, and building a highly engaged team. The Senior Corporate Counsel reports to the General Counsel and provides legal guidance and services to Aquent management and staff on a variety of company matters which may include compliance, contracts, employment law, intellectual property, data privacy law. The Senior Corporate Counsel is also responsible for management and supervision of the Contracts Team. Specific responsibilities will depend on the needs of the company, and may include the review and preparation of contracts and other legal documents, advice to management and project teams on legal matters as they may arise. Duties/Responsibilities/Primary Function: ● Negotiate, draft, and review a wide range of client and vendor agreements, including professional services agreements, master services agreements, confidentiality agreements, SaaS and technology agreements, data protection addenda, and related statements of work. ● Advise stakeholders regarding relevant issues and risks in our contracts, and ensure our agreements reflect our internal corporate policies and processes. ● Supervise and manage the performance of the Contracts Team Members. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and deepening strategic relationships within a defined portfolio of enterprise clients—typically Fortune 500 brands.
