Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, learning and development, or a related field
- Proven experience building or managing onboarding and training programs from start to finish
- Strong ability to support customer-facing teams such as acquisition, sales, account management, or operations teams
- Experience working cross-functionally and leading initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to translate strategy into practical, high-quality training content and execution plans
- Comfort creating polished materials independently, including presentations, guides, and learning assets
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and modern workflows that improve speed, customization, and content creation at scale
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities.

SCOPE OF INTERN WORK: Career Programs intern will assist the Career Development Specialist and Career Development Coordinator in providing career development services to immigration impacted youth and young adult clients who are interested in earning industry recognized certifications in fields such as Allied Healthcare, I.T., and more. In addition, Career Program intern will help Career Program staff in delivering workforce preparation activities and classes at the IRC, so that students improve their work readiness skills.
