• Content Production and Editing: - Video Editing: Edit and finalize strategic videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts and VSL - Video Sales Letter), applying dynamic cuts, captions, effects and soundtracks to maximize engagement and conversion. - Social Media Graphics: Create high-quality static graphics aligned with the visual identity for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). - Technical Optimization: Ensure all projects (video, web and graphics) follow platform formats, technical requirements and SEO/UX best practices. • Visual Identity and Web Design: - Visual Identity: Develop and implement complete visual identities, including logos, color palettes and style guides, ensuring brand cohesion across all touchpoints. - Web Design: Create layouts and develop/maintain functional, attractive websites, with practical experience in WordPress. • Operational Support: - Assist with copy review to ensure cohesion between text and design. - Stay up to date on design, social media and web trends to propose innovations.

Role Description Our client is seeking a Skilled Draftsman to support our Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) program. The Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) is an intelligence enterprise system, comprised of 27 active duty, Air National Guard (ANG), and mission partner sites, interconnected by a robust communications infrastructure spanning the globe. The network centric, global enterprise provides 24/7/365 world-wide, Near-Real-Time (NRT) simultaneous Multi-Intelligence (Multi-Int) capabilities and products to Combatant Commanders (CCMDs). A Skilled Draftsman will have the competency to apply writing skills and substantial knowledge of the basic principles and specialized vocabulary of the subject matter to accurately communicate the technological developments to interested stakeholders. They will apply writing skills and an understanding of the appropriate equipment and systems to the development of specifications showing the characteristics and capabilities or the design and test requirements of equipment and systems. This includes the development of training, operating, specifications or maintenance manuals associated with equipment and systems. Additionally, they will report on findings and programmatic decisions, articulate program policies, and explain technical aspects of the program in such a way as to make it clear without sacrificing thoroughness and accuracy. A Skilled Draftsman may make final reviews of proposed publications for style, design, layout, and editorial aspects before release. Responsibilities - Create detailed technical drawings and schematics for IT-based systems in accordance with military standards (DODi and Air Force AFI’s). - Ensure all drawings comply with Air Force specifications and standards. - Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure accuracy of drawings. - Utilize MS Visio software to produce precise and high-quality technical drawings. - Review and update existing drawings as necessary to reflect changes in system design or requirements. - Maintain an organized and up-to-date repository of all technical drawings. - Provide training and guidance to junior draftsmen on military standards and best practices. - Participate in design reviews and meetings, documenting discussions and decisions related to technical drawings. - Ensure all drawings are properly stored and archived in compliance with records management procedures. - Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency in technical documentation workflows. - Provide technical support to operational strategies aligned within your program and initiatives that optimize processes, enhance productivity, and ensure quality across all program functions. - Ensure 100% of planned hours are worked and recorded. - Identify and forward to leadership any opportunities that could lead to growth within your work area. - Participate in growth efforts as requested. - Ensure all contractual deliverables are met or exceeded to the customer's satisfaction. - Complete personal PDP and attend Staff Meeting and Storytime (with camera on). - Execute all contract requirements as assigned in accordance with the contract-specific LCAT and requirements. - Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications - Clearance: TS/SCI - Bachelor’s degree in STEM or other relevant discipline and at least 3 years of experience (7+ years preferred). - Substitutions: Associate’s degree and 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of additional work experience in lieu of no degree. - Proficient in MS Visio. - In-depth knowledge of military standards for technical drawings (DODi and Air Force AFI’s). - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel if required. • design state-of-the-art automation and SCADA systems for mechanical and electrical systems for complex data center and mission critical infrastructure projects • Coordinate with mechanical design team to develop control sequences, diagrams, and points lists for mechanical systems serving both building and process systems • Coordinate with electrical design team on the development of network architectures and points lists for electrical distribution and conditioning systems • Coordinate with Information and Communications Technology (ICT) design team to coordinate structured ethernet cabling interfaces to control panels and end devices • Design resilient operational technology (OT) networks for control systems including both ethernet and serial networks utilizing various media (wireless, fiber, copper) • Develop basis of design (BOD) for building automation system (BAS), programmable logic controllers (PLC) and power monitoring system (PMS) controllers, instrumentation and software including datasheets • Develop and tailor division 23 and 25 controls, instrumentation, and cyber security technical specifications in alignment with BOD • Develop and tailor division 26 power monitoring specifications including coordination with electrical team for specification of factory-mounted systems on distribution equipment for compatibility • Familiar with modern control system protocols for BAS, EPMS, & PLC – i.e. Modbus, BACnet, EtherNet/IP, etc., along with proper applications and network requirements for specification • Verify compliance with applicable US codes and engineering standards/practices • Ability to work with templated models for system deployment, tracking and justifying all changes from client’s models • Coordinate with other disciplines as needed for a cohesive and well-coordinated design • Work flexible hours to attend project meetings/calls • Be detail-oriented and technical yet experienced enough to see the big picture • Schedule and meet budget expectations • Multi-task and be flexible, along with ability to adapt to project deadlines • Have passion and enthusiasm for design in a collaborative and progressive team-oriented work environment
