Innovation Lab Manager

• Enable experimentation across the organization by managing and optimizing sandbox environments • Serve as a bridge between the Innovation Office, IT teams, and proof-of-concept project owners • Ensure secure, efficient, and compliant access to test environments • Define, configure, and manage sandbox/test environments to support experimentation • Collaborate with IT to create, maintain, and deactivate user accounts • Ensure alignment with innovation governance policies and maintain adherence to data security and compliance • Oversee information exchange with external collaborators • Partner with proof-of-concept users and project teams to understand their needs • Track and provide regular updates on environment utilization, performance, and capacity • Identify, document, and escalate issues or new environment requirements • Recommend enhancements to the lab infrastructure, integrations, and processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2-3 years of experience in IT systems management, innovation enablement, or lab/test environment administration
- Understanding of sandbox/test environments, system integrations, and technical experimentation platforms
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) and user provisioning processes
- Familiarity with SaaS applications (e.g. OCS, Salesforce) and enterprise IT environments
- Knowledge of system security, compliance, and governance frameworks
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT for resolution
- Familiarity with AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, machine learning frameworks, or AI-driven platforms) and their requirements in test environments

Role Description We’re hiring our first Workforce Management (WFM) Manager to build and embed WFM across HeliosX Customer Service. You’ll own forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling across multiple markets and a blended operation (in-house + BPO, ~200–400 FTE), ensuring we have the right coverage, skills and cost base to deliver a consistently great customer experience.
