• Perform factory testing, calibration, configuration, and safety verification • Commission and validate systems at customer sites • Troubleshoot and resolve electro-mechanical, electrical, software, and communication issues • Support customer acceptance testing during factory testing and on-site installation milestones • Develop technical documentation and deliver hands-on training • Collaborate with engineering, project, and customer teams to ensure system deployment

• Upon hire, you will enter the Reiser "FIRST" program that provides extensive training on our flagship product line(s). • Install new packaging and processing machinery and perform routine maintenance and on-site repairs. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues by applying your expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems. • Spend approximately 80% of your time during the week (Monday-Friday) traveling overnight to food plants in Iowa and neighboring states to install, repair and perform preventative maintenance on machinery. • Train customers in preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and effectively. • Participate as necessary in new projects to install or improve the safety and performance of existing and new equipment.
