• Provide excellent and efficient customer service to VWR customers • Provides preventive maintenance, IQ/OQ/PV, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration to analytical instruments; HPLC, GC, Spectrophotometer, electronic, and mechanical equipment • Document and report all repairs and product failures • Help with the development of preventative maintenance procedures for the division • Travels throughout the territory to provide technical expertise • Confers with clients, group leader, and other technical workers to assist with equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs techniques
