• As the Staff Engineer/ Technical Lead for the Access & Submission (A&S) Team, you will spearhead a team of engineers, providing the guidance and technical oversight necessary to ensure the successful delivery of all project milestones • You contribute meaningfully to the success of one or more projects or products, helping drive positive outcomes. • You demonstrate proficiency and specialized skill in one or more key technologies relevant to the team’s goals. • You accurately scope, estimate, design, and deliver medium-to-large features while actively reducing technical debt across projects or products. • You proactively support and collaborate with team members, fostering a positive and productive team environment. • You adhere to established team processes, ensuring a steady and reliable delivery of features to production.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 8+ years of development experience
- Experience with GoLang is mandatory
- Python, TypeScript, and Java (at least 2)
- Frontend development experience with frameworks like Angular, React, Vue, etc.
- Experience in Agile development methodology
- Experience with IaC ideally Terraform
- Knowledge of end-to-end fully automated CI/CD pipelines, from committing code to deploying to production
- Relational Database experience
