• Support the daily operation of the CRM system, ensuring correct use, timely updates of information, and providing basic support to internal teams, contributing to data order, data quality, and continuous process improvement. • Assist with basic configuration and maintenance of workflows within the CRM. • Report incidents or errors to the area manager. • Assist in creating and updating user manuals and guides. • Support the upload, validation, and cleaning of data within the system. • Collaborate on the implementation of CRM improvements or updates under supervision. • Assist in reviewing support tickets or cases to ensure they are recorded correctly. • Collaborate in preparing basic reports for the Client Success team.
Job Requirements
- Student or graduate in systems, administration, processes, engineering, social sciences, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience using CRM (preferably HubSpot).
- Ability to quickly learn new technological tools.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and information management.
- Interest in automation and process improvement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity for learning and openness to receiving feedback.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive and responsible.
