Reporting to the Creative Director, Art, you’ll work closely with art directors, copywriters, and strategists to bring our creative ideas to life — and mentor designers to raise the bar for craft and consistency. Responsibilities: - Design across a range of deliverables, from campaign assets and social content to presentations, emails, and landing pages. - Translate creative direction into visually polished and on-brand design solutions. - Contribute to the development and ongoing evolution of our brand design system. - Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and marketing partners to ensure design alignment and consistency. - Prepare production-ready files and support creative rollout across channels. - Bring a fresh perspective to design reviews, sharing ideas, exploring trends, and continuously improving the work. - Balance speed and precision, delivering high-quality work on tight timelines. Qualifications - 2–4 years of professional design experience, ideally across brand, digital, or marketing environments. - Strong grasp of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion or prototyping experience a plus. - A portfolio that shows a strong sense of craft, consistency, and visual storytelling. - Comfort working collaboratively and incorporating feedback to strengthen your work. - Curiosity and initiative, you’re eager to grow your skills and take on more creative responsibility. - A belief that good design makes information clearer, brands stronger, and stories more human. Requirements - The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $87,000 - $115,000. - Final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. - This role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions. • Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers, content developers, multimedia specialists, and lab engineers to create engaging, effective technical learning materials. • Oversee the end-to-end design and development of learning assets, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, hands-on labs, capture-the-flag (CTF) programs, videos, simulations, and quizzes, ensuring alignment with certification and accreditation initiatives. • Partner with Engineering and Finance to optimize lab infrastructure costs (Lab Economics & Strategy), balancing high-fidelity, hands-on scenarios for customers and partners with sustainable cloud consumption models. • Collaborate with TEP to translate enablement strategies and roadmaps into detailed content blueprints, ensuring all materials align with business priorities and technical accuracy. • Implement Agile learning development methodologies (Agile Content Operations) to manage intake, visualize team capacity, and deliver transparent timelines to stakeholders. • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, SE, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements, validate content, and incorporate the latest product updates and technical insights. • Establish and enforce best practices in adult learning theory, instructional design (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), accessibility, and technical content creation to deliver world-class, scalable learning experiences. • Drive innovation in learning formats, incorporating interactive elements, gamification, and emerging technologies to enhance engagement and knowledge retention. • Monitor content quality, usage, and effectiveness, working with TDO to iterate based on feedback, metrics, and evolving needs. • Contribute to enablement metrics and ROI reporting by tracking development efficiency, content impact, and team performance. • Build and scale the TLDD team as the organization grows, including hiring, onboarding, and professional development. • Establish rigorous audit-and-refresh cycles for all technical assets (Lifecycle Management), including labs, runbooks, demo environments, and videos, to maintain accuracy as products evolve, while defining clear deprecation processes for outdated materials.

The Project Estimator will work with account managers and the design team to create cost estimates, validate design parameters and help to manage the proposal creation process. The estimator will review plans, visit the proposed site as required, and estimate the cost to procure and implement the proposed system. **Essential Job Accountabilities ** - Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. - Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. - Design and develop solutions by working with CAD Designers and Sales Team. - Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements. - Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. - Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information. - Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. - Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Design and implement core gameplay loops for both narrative-driven single-player campaigns and high-stakes multiplayer modes. • Monitor and maintain integrity of core gameplay systems throughout development with a gamer’s eye. • Learn and use existing gameplay infrastructure to assemble, tune, and solidify features in engine. • Work with engineering to hone development workflow and create new intuitive features using the plethora of tools in Unreal. • Design and tune complex progression systems, maintain weapon/ability balancing to always feel rewarding in a solo environment and fair in a competitive one. • Create detailed GDDs (Game Design Documents) and technical briefs that clearly communicate goals of incoming features to art, audio, and engineering teams for execution. • Foster a collaborative, positive, and productive team environment. Support team members in resolving conflicts, clarifying priorities, and maintaining focus on project objectives.
