Inside Sales Representative

• Source new sales opportunities for workforce management solutions through outbound cold calls, emails and marketing leads. • Conduct solution discovery and demonstrations tailored to the prospect’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements • Meet and/or exceed monthly revenue goals. • Qualify and route cross sell opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. • Manage all information in Salesforce to produce consistent and accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. • Stay on top of industry trends and have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to determine how to best position Fourth in the market
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a prospecting or closing sales role and/or restaurant operations.
- Experience with HotSchedules a definite plus!
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
- Experience setting initial sales meetings through phone, email, and social
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and presentation skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate during interview process.
- Self-motivated, creative and ability to work in fast paced team environment.
- Technical proficiency with software.
- Experience using Salesforce or Groove preferred.

• Identify, engage, and convert Forex brokers and trading platforms into long-term clients; • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure for open banking payment solutions; • Leverage existing network within the Forex ecosystem to accelerate pipeline growth; • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for EU/EEA Forex markets; • Collaborate with Product and Compliance teams to align solutions with client needs and regulations; • Negotiate commercial terms and structure high-value partnership agreements; • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations; • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in open banking and Forex; • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
