Inside Sales Representative

Fourth

• Source new sales opportunities for workforce management solutions through outbound cold calls, emails and marketing leads. • Conduct solution discovery and demonstrations tailored to the prospect’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements • Meet and/or exceed monthly revenue goals. • Qualify and route cross sell opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. • Manage all information in Salesforce to produce consistent and accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. • Stay on top of industry trends and have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to determine how to best position Fourth in the market

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a prospecting or closing sales role and/or restaurant operations.
  • Experience with HotSchedules a definite plus!
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
  • Experience setting initial sales meetings through phone, email, and social
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to demonstrate during interview process.
  • Self-motivated, creative and ability to work in fast paced team environment.
  • Technical proficiency with software.
  • Experience using Salesforce or Groove preferred.
