Role Description We are hiring a serious videographer for ongoing product shoots in the wellness and home lifestyle space. This includes: - Testimonials - UGC-style ads - Product demonstrations - Lifestyle footage You are responsible for filming only. No editing. We move fast. We shoot often. We need someone reliable. This is project-based work, not full-time. Qualifications - Know how to shoot clean, conversion-focused video - Understand UGC / internet ad style content - Capture strong audio without excuses - Be efficient on set - Be comfortable directing non-actors - Be resourceful with lighting and space Bonus if you also shoot product photography. Requirements - Videography reel — show us your BEST work - List your equipment (camera, lenses, lights, gimbal, lavs, drone, etc.) - Confirm you accept $200 per project - Do you have UGC / ad video experience? - Do you shoot product photography? • Play a key role in the production and video editing of Fireship’s YouTube content to increase the quantity and variety of output, contributing to the growth and engagement of the audience. • Proactively source, select and import relevant media elements (videos, images) to elevate scripts and voice overs into dynamic video content. • Collaborate closely with creators and scriptwriters to ensure alignment with the overall storytelling vision, while demonstrating initiative and producing high-quality work that meets expectations. • Maintain organised project files and documentation to ensure easy access to assets and seamless collaboration with team members. • Keep up to date with internet culture and news from the tech world.

• Edit and produce professional video content for real estate listings, agent promos, lifestyle features, and brand campaigns. • Edit wedding films with emotional flow, pacing, and strong music synchronisation. • Edit commercial interview content with a polished and professional finish. • Perform colour grading, audio balancing, and transitions that enhance storytelling. • Collaborate with producers, videographers, and clients to deliver on creative briefs. • Manage timelines and deliver multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail. • Maintain organised file management and version control for each project.
