This is project-based work, not full-time. Qualifications - Know how to shoot clean, conversion-focused video - Understand UGC / internet ad style content - Capture strong audio without excuses - Be efficient on set - Be comfortable directing non-actors - Be resourceful with lighting and space Bonus if you also shoot product photography. Requirements - Videography reel — show us your BEST work - List your equipment (camera, lenses, lights, gimbal, lavs, drone, etc.) - Confirm you accept $200 per project - Do you have UGC / ad video experience? - Do you shoot product photography? This is a full-time remote role. - Work directly with leadership to build a high-performing affiliate sales engine. - Recruiting and managing affiliates. - Building relationships with content creators, influencers, publishers, and celebrities. - Structuring lucrative commission programs. - Driving measurable sales growth through partnerships. - Managing outreach, onboarding, tracking, and performance. - Expanding affiliate channels across multiple platforms. Qualifications - Proven experience generating results with affiliates. - Understanding of performance-based partnerships. - Ability to negotiate and close influencer deals. - Comfortable working with high-ticket products. - Experience with high ticket or bulky products is a strong advantage. Requirements - Minimum 5 years experience in affiliate or partnerships management preferred. - Proven track record with influencers, creators, affiliates, publishers, or celebrity partnerships. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Performance-driven mindset. - Must be able to work full-time remote. Benefits - Salary range: $38,000 to $150,000 based on experience. - This is a growth role with long-term upside.
