• Partner with our internal finance team to simplify and improve our everyday operations across our Scandinavian entities. • Improve daily finance processes. • Map how current processes actually work (AR, AP, collections, procurement). • Identify bottlenecks, manual steps, and unclear responsibilities. • Simplify workflows and remove unnecessary complexity. • Implement improvements together with the team—not just design them. • Improve invoicing and follow-up routines in Accounts Receivable & Collections. • Reduce overdue invoices and improve cash collection. • Create clearer and more consistent ways of working. • Simplify supplier invoice handling in Accounts Payable & Procurement. • Improve approval flows and reduce delays. • Introduce clearer structure and basic controls. • Reduce manual work using current systems (ERP, Excel, workflows). • Introduce simple automation where it adds real value. • Improve data quality and usability. • Support the team to help adopt improved ways of working in daily operations.

• Lead finance transformation in an international organisation • Redesign key processes, drive automation and AI adoption, and help shape the future of finance across the business • Conduct a thorough analysis of existing processes to identify chaos points, manual handling, and bottlenecks • Engage stakeholders across departments to understand their challenges and gather insights on inefficiencies • Develop and implement clear, simple, and scalable finance processes that enhance operational efficiency • Lead the overhaul of the AR and collections processes to improve cash flow and minimize overdue accounts • Implement clear procurement and AP processes through standardisation, improved controls, and streamlines approval workflows • Lead transformation programs of varying scale, ensuring cross-functional stakeholder alignment, governance, and smooth change • Lead the migration of outsourced finance functions to an in-house team • Set up group consolidation in Netsuite, ensuring data integrity • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of implemented processes • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on progress and improvements
