• Own mobile architecture across iOS and Android, ensuring scalability, maintainability, performance, and security • Define and evolve technical standards, patterns, and best practices for mobile development • Lead architectural decisions around state management, networking, data persistence, offline support, and release strategies • Act as a technical leader and multiplier, mentoring engineers and helping teammates understand the “why” behind decisions • Guide and partner with an outsourced mobile engineering team, providing direction, feedback, and technical oversight; small team of one to start with but ‘leading’ a team, onshore or offshore • Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to bring consumer-facing features to life • Balance hands-on coding with architectural leadership—contributing to complex or high-impact areas of the codebase • Review code and designs with a focus on long-term quality, not just short-term delivery • Anticipate technical risks and proactively propose solutions as the product and team scale

• Define and execute the frontend engineering strategy across our SaaS products and marketplace ecosystem • Drive the evolution of our Vue-based frontend architecture, ensuring performance, maintainability, accessibility, and long-term scalability • Own frontend standards and long-term platform investments: Design system + UI components || Frontend platform tooling || State management patterns || Frontend observability || Frontend security practices • Improve customer experience by systematically reducing UI bugs, regressions, and inconsistent behaviour across releases • Implement strong frontend quality systems: Component testing, integration testing, and contract testing (especially across APIs) || CI enforcement for linting, type checks, and static analysis || Performance budgets and automated regression checks • Partner with DevOps and Platform Engineering to improve deployment safety for frontend artifacts (CI/CD in Jenkins, CDN strategies, rollback readiness) • Build and develop a strong group of frontend leaders (Engineering Managers, Staff Engineers, Tech Leads)

• Design, develop, and support PL/SQL packages, procedures, and database objects in Oracle EBS. • Develop and support EBS APIs and Interfaces for Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). • Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations using APIs, flat files, and middleware (e.g., Boomi). • Diagnose and resolve production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system stability in live environments. • Collaborate with business, integration, and reporting teams on end-to-end solutions • Contribute to ERP modernization efforts, including platform upgrades, integration, and architectural improvements • Other duties as assigned

• Completing the development of an enterprise-wide digital architecture with Siemens Teamcenter at the core • Develop Teamcenter information models, classification schemas, workflows, and change management structures using BMIDE, RAC and Active Workspace • Integrate Teamcenter with external systems (e.g., Cameo, Teamwork Cloud, and CAD tools like SolidWorks and Creo) using SOA, ITK, T4x, and/or Teamcenter Gateway • Administer a scalable and secure Teamcenter solution that supports automated AWS Gov Cloud deployments • Ensure configuration and customization efforts align with enterprise-wide data governance, USAF cyber and engineering/manufacturing compliance, and traceability requirements within the DevSecOps delivery pipeline • Implement Teamcenter deployment strategies that support historical data lineage, product baselining, variant management, and digital thread continuity • Follow or finish developing metadata strategies, master data alignment, and taxonomy structures within the Teamcenter ecosystem • Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts, and engineering leaders to map Teamcenter capabilities to business outcomes • Provide strategic consultation from a Teamcenter perspective on cloud-readiness and containerized deployment models (e.g., via AWS, Azure) • Support technical efforts for new business proposals, including architecture visioning, capability demonstrations, and white papers • Deliver documentation and architectural artifacts including data models, interface specifications, and solution blueprints • Maintain alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and support Agile/DevSecOps delivery models • Champion best practices in model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and product lifecycle traceability through Teamcenter integrations
