• Actively participate in the proper configuration and utilization of the organization's CRM platform. • Be a subject matter expert ready to craft and develop solutions to ever-changing business needs • Create and maintain excellent documentation of processes and solutions. • Participate in team discussions centered on transforming business requirements into system improvements, using best practices, and identifying opportunities for additional improvements
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, computer science or related field preferred (5+ years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree)
- Hands-on application configuration experience with Salesforce, including:
- Agentforce and Einstein Generative AI
- Flow/Workflows/Process Builder/Approval Processes
- Objects/Fields/Validation Rules
- Data Loader
- Lightning Components
- Apex Triggers and Classes
- Security
- Lightning Optimization
- Integration (REST API)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps
