Job Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Advanced Administrator certification strongly preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience managing Salesforce ↔ NetSuite integrations
- Extensive experience designing and maintaining complex Flow-based automation and approval processes
- Experience conducting process gap analyses
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Administer and support a large-scale Salesforce org (400+ users) across Sales and Service Cloud. • Perform all core Salesforce admin tasks: user management, profiles, permission sets, roles, page layouts, and reports/dashboards. • Design, build, and maintain Flows and automations following scalability and best practices. • Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting issues and resolving system incidents efficiently. • Partner with internal teams to gather requirements and improve business processes using Salesforce. • Act as a trusted advisor for Salesforce usage, optimization, and governance. • Support platform releases, system updates, testing, and deployments. • Maintain data quality and integrity, including imports/updates using tools like Data Loader. • Contribute to defining and evolving the Salesforce roadmap.
