This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, self-managed, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where some days are quiet and others require more collaboration. You’ll be handling multiple projects, adjusting details, and ensuring everything meets code and quality standards. Responsibilities - Produce technical drawings using CAD and Revit for residential and commercial projects. - Translate initial design concepts into precise architectural documents. - Review project concepts and apply reusable components from past projects while drafting and designing. - Coordinate with structural engineers to make model or detail adjustments. - Work on 1–2 primary projects at a time, with occasional involvement across multiple others. - Communicate clearly and professionally via email, with occasional phone or Teams. - Apply and follow building codes, especially the IBC (International Building Code). - Ensure consistency and quality across all drawing sets.
