Business Systems Administrator
TextUs
• Partner closely with internal teams to optimize and implement best practices across our information systems processes • Manage internal enablement for education/re-education of Salesforce and other sales-supporting software • Manage onboarding and offboarding team members • Monitor Salesforce data quality and cleanup as necessary to ensure data integrity • Manage Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Daily and Monthly Dashboards within Salesforce • Manage internal requests for new functionality and troubleshooting reports of bugs within owned systems • Manage scheduled and ad-hoc reporting of account and opportunity lists, funnel and pipeline reporting, and other success metrics identified by the business • Manage internal wiki with documentation and updates for our GMT process and support documentation • Work in partnership with Marketing and the go-to-market team to optimize processes within HubSpot and its integrations into Salesforce • Support and administer ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and ETL/integration tools (e.g., Celigo or similar platforms) to ensure seamless data flow across business systems • Assist in managing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, and other third-party tools to support operational efficiency
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce - hands-on Salesforce administration experience is required.
- Entry-level proficiency or working knowledge of NetSuite (ERP) and/or ETL/integration tools such as Celigo is strongly preferred; willingness to learn required.
- Familiarity with data integration concepts and cross-system workflows (e.g., syncing records between CRM, ERP, and marketing automation platforms) is a plus.
