Job Title: Business Services CoordinatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Business Services Coordinator to join our team. This role involves performing clerical duties in accordance with department procedures and supporting a project for a duration of six months, with the possibility of extension. The position is remote, operating under CST hours, with flexible start times between 7-9am. Responsibilities - Log in and review workflow queue. - Manage emails and process tasks or follow-ups. - Document activities and maintain records. - Provide research, coordination, and facilitation of repairs and maintenance. - Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management, clients, and internal/external customers. - Perform lease review and interpretation. - Identify opportunities for improvements among clients and companies. - Facilitate maintenance and repairs for clients. - Provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers as needed. - Make decisions with an understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. The position requires significant interaction via phone and email, demanding excellent communication skills.
