Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: - Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and five years of experience in information systems design, configuration and management OR nine years of experience - 7 years of enterprise level experience in a technical position responsible for implementing, configuring and managing enterprise server, storage or infrastructure environments. - 2 years of enterprise level experience in information systems design, including leading design implementations, required. - For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of the position start date. - Must have the ability to work well with others and be able to express ideas and concepts clearly.
