• Develop a thorough understanding of Creator Deck’s position in the marketplace, including but not limited to; partners, capabilities, past successes (and failures) and vision from a commercial perspective • Develop and grow rapport with day-to-day brands and AORs that have been approved by CEO / Head of Growth. Ultimately leading to meetings and/or consideration for Brand Partnerships. These responsibilities include but not limited to: • Lead creation of meeting materials including decks + agendaDevelopment of partnership strategies in collaboration with the Director of Brand Partnerships, Head of Growth, Head of Finance & CEO • Participate in/schedule brainstorms as needed in an efficient manner, ensuring that all deadlines are met • Post-meeting follow-up with internal stakeholders and external clients • Owning the day-to-day follow-up across all RFIs, RFPs and Proactive Proposals • Work closely with BP / CS teams to initiate incremental investments and/or renewals to existing deals • Attend weekly sales / internal meetingsTrack all activity in CRM and consistently hit weekly and monthly outreach/meeting targets

• Assists in the development and implementation of comprehensive sales plan that includes new and existing sales strategies for a single large account or for several smaller accounts. • Drives a cross-regional sales team and internal employees to penetrate key accounts and aggressively expand relationships with national distributor accounts. • Gathers detailed information about accounts, identifies decision-makers, understands strategic business challenges and priorities, significant accounts which may span multiple Regal businesses or geographies and leads team in analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to success. • Works daily with CRM to input and analyze activities across national accounts. • Utilizes CRM dashboards on a daily basis to help communicate progress against established objectives. • Promotes and helps lead CRM and Documented Cost Savings and uses processes to communicate Regal value propositions to national accounts. • Ensures professional sales coordination and account planning and resolves any account ownership issues as it pertains to national accounts. • Monitors industry trends and changing regulations to ensure competitiveness and compliance. • Adhere to all company policies, values, procedures and business ethics codes. • Conduct yourself in accordance with corporate guidelines, policies and standards of professionalism and set examples in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits. • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
