Key Account Director, Data & AI Apps

Tempus AI

• Develop and drive global account strategy in coordination with scientific and business operations teams • Meet and exceed revenue goals for All Tempus Data and AI apps product lines • Build and maintain executive and R&D relationships & drive CXO strategy leveraging Tempus senior leadership • Negotiate, secure and manage pull-through of contracts with assigned client accounts • Align cross functional team to identify and deliver value at clients • Partner with clients to develop impactful case studies leveraging Tempus platform • Track progress against defined strategic objectives and revenue goals • Travel approximately 40% of working time, domestically and internationally

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years in Business Development, Sales, and/or Consulting in the Life Sciences sector
  • Preferably 5+ years working with companies servicing Life Sciences in Research & Development and/or Real World Data
  • Proven track record of establishing credibility as a trusted advisor with clients
  • Experience negotiating and closing large and complex multi-year deals
  • Strong understanding of molecular and real-world data and artificial intelligence in drug discovery
  • Bachelor degree in a Science or Business discipline; Advanced degree (MBA, PhD or Healthcare certification) desired
