• Plans, conducts and supervises assignments under general supervision • Develops professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) for market insight functions • Manages Specialty Insights portfolio critical to business goals • Supports information exchange to meet program timelines and milestones • Ensures business workflows to effectively meet program goals • Prioritizes team and project work, making resource adjustments • Functions as a liaison to support healthcare professionals and organizations • Develops action plans to advance projects and resolve conflicts • Recognizes project scope changes and takes appropriate actions • Manages the department's operating budget

• Own end-to-end workflows and standards for all configuration streams, including EDI account requirements, certification, and label template governance. • Establish and monitor high-precision SLAs, QA checks, and metrics (throughput and rework rates) to ensure production-grade execution. • Lead a high-performing configuration team through coaching, work allocation, and the development of rigorous training standards. • Build and maintain an intake model that aligns team resources with business priorities, customer tiers, and go-live timelines. • Collaborate with technical teams to automate manual configuration steps and improve self-service tooling for scaling. • Proactively identify and resolve connectivity risks, such as channel instability or coverage gaps, to prevent downstream escalations. • Drive initiatives to eliminate recurring defects and improve the overall efficiency of the onboarding ecosystem.

• Source and Evaluate Deals: Build a pipeline of potential acquisitions and investments through market intelligence, networking, and industry relationships. • Deal Execution: Primary point person in the deal process, leading due diligence, valuation, and integration planning. • Source Strategic Partners: Build strong relationships with established and emerging companies in cybersecurity and AI, that could partner with 1Password to deliver value to customers. • R&D Collaboration: Be a strong partner to our product and engineering teams to evaluate partnership opportunities and scope the requirements (time, people, investment). • Opportunity Sizing: Build forecasts and scenario planning analyses to evaluate the opportunity size and potential return on investment for partnership deals. • Drive operational excellence within the team, establishing strong processes and organization of information that allows for effective collaboration and communication. • Iterate on the team’s existing ways of working to bring continuous improvement. • Help with team planning, executive and board reporting, and organizational updates (i.e. QBRs)

• Overseeing and managing audit programs, focused on EMEA markets, but often other markets globally • Liaising with the agency finance teams to ensure that audits run effectively and efficiently to client deadlines • Primary responsibility is for the timely completion of the audits, from client contract review to the initial data request, data analysis, report writing and presentation of the audit findings to client • Regular dialogue with Global Compliance Partner and Senior Client Leads
