• Coordinates new client on boarding for invoicing, projects, Share Point set up, and EMR accesses. • Communicates regularly with clients including performing follow-up on EMR accesses, project schedules and uploading medical record information, sending project reports / deliverables, scheduling meetings and education calls and solve for problems that may arise. • Supervise and mentor a small team of employees. • Provide guidance and support to ensure projects milestones are met. • Attend daily operational meeting to report status of projects. • Support Project Leads, Managers, and Directors as they oversee client needs and expectations to ensure projects meet scope, requirements, and deliverables are on-time and of high quality. • Keep internal reporting and tracking tools up to date to ensure accurate information for invoicing clients and performance monitoring. • Support Operations Manager in monthly client and contractor invoicing. • Perform production work as needed to ensure on-time delivery of work to clients. • Perform quarterly quality reviews of coordinator I and II performance. • Track team member performance, provide feedback and implement improvements to enhance production and quality. • Support team with department key performance indicators and goals (SLAs). • Embrace workforce transformation by engaging in continuous knowledge expansion across additional functional areas and/or upskilling (learning new skills) to support evolving organizational and client needs. • Contribute to organizational optimization by collaborating to identify opportunities for process improvement and supporting continuous enhancements to workflows and operations that promote quality and efficiency. • Prepares oral and/or written reports of client and audit activity for Manager, meeting with them on a regular basis to review individual performance, mentoring, and succession planning.

• Support AAPC learners in Practicode, self-paced, and other online courses • Instruct and encourage learners by accurately answering questions via email and phone • Provide excellent customer service at all times; be respectful, courteous, positive, and professional • Manage multiple inboxes, responding to all emails within 48 hours • Collaborate with a team of internal and external experts • Positively contribute to AAPC’s well-established team of coding educators in providing industry-best training and membership experience • Support the content and curriculum team with content updates and reviews as applicable.
• Define the vision, business strategy, and product rollout roadmap for education, certification, and publishing offerings across B2C and B2B audiences. • Own a structured lifecycle approach for assigned products from concept through growth, optimization, and retirement. • Conduct market and customer research to identify trends, learner and employer needs, and gaps in the market across B2C and B2B segments. • Develop business cases, pricing models, packaging recommendations, and revenue forecasts for new and existing products in both B2C and B2B channels. • Partner with marketing to create go-to-market strategies, messaging, and campaigns tailored to B2C and B2B audiences. • Work closely with instructional design, content development, and technology teams to ensure product vision and market needs are met. • Review product analytics and customer feedback to drive ongoing improvements across content, experience, and commercial performance.
• Audit medical records to validate clinical documentation to support evaluation and management services, ancillary services, procedures, diagnoses, and clinical documentation requirements and gaps, missed opportunities, and meet quality and production requirement standards. • Review project guidelines to ensure deliverables are on-time and meeting client specific requirements. • Research regulatory guidelines for supporting documentation when necessary. • Prepare audit summary findings, provide detailed comments related to the audit findings and make recommendations. • Consistently maintain production standards for job role, and quality metrics of 95% or greater. • Responsible for maintaining department audit standards, clinical documentation standards, protocols and guidelines. • Support team with department key performance indicators and goals (SLAs). • Embrace workforce transformation by engaging in continuous knowledge expansion across additional functional areas and/or upskilling (learning new skills) to support evolving organizational and client needs. • Contribute to organizational optimization by collaborating to identify opportunities for process improvement and supporting continuous enhancements to workflows and operations that promote quality and efficiency. • Prepare oral and/or written reports of audit activity to Manager meeting with them on a regular basis to review individual performance, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Provide (one-on-one) mentoring to assigned students in courses as specified in the contract • Guide students to the prescribed course Material • Observe and evaluate assigned individual student performance in meeting course objectives and learning outcomes through assignments, practical assignments, quizzes or examinations; provide feedback in a timely manner on student progress • Use AAPC’s learning management system to access syllabus, assignments, and other materials and to communicate with students • Use AAPC’s virtual classroom platform to participate in live sessions – assisting faculty conducting the session • Mentor students using a variety of teaching styles and provide interesting and engaging assignments that demonstrate the real-world applications of concepts covered • Be available for student consultation through office hours or scheduled appointments using AAPC’s virtual platform or by phone or email
• Facilitate online curriculum through Black Board platform and Practicode by AAPC • Monitor and measure student participation, attendance, and completion of cases • Record attendance • Respond to student queries and provide relevant and timely feedback • Adhere to all program faculty policies and procedures • Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to process improvement efforts
• Support AAPC’s certification exam development initiatives through the creation, review, maintenance, and validation of credentialing assessments and related exam products • Collaborate with subject matter experts, exam committees, and internal stakeholders to ensure certification exams align with industry standards • Develop and maintain certification exam items that assess real-world healthcare knowledge and skills • Support the creation of practice exams, study guides, courses, and additional educational resources • Conduct technical and quality reviews of exam and educational content • Lead and mentor Exam Development Committees and exam item authors • Build and maintain exam competency maps and certification blueprints • Coordinate beta testing and support item validation efforts • Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives and team collaboration sessions • Assist with additional projects and strategic initiatives as needed
• Lead development of new healthcare assurance and certification programs. • Design assessment methodologies, standards frameworks, review procedures, and surveillance processes. • Establish governance models, operational policies, and quality management processes. • Monitor emerging healthcare, technology, regulatory, and compliance trends and incorporate them into program design. • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to develop standards and assessment criteria. • Support pilot programs, market validation efforts, and strategic partnerships. • Develop assessor qualification requirements and reviewer training programs. • Represent AAPC in industry forums, advisory groups, and stakeholder meetings. • Support commercialization, adoption, and growth of new assurance offerings. • Build scalable operational infrastructure supporting long-term program expansion.
• Run the day to day - lead agile rituals for marketing engineering workstreams (planning, backlog refinement, reviews/retros) across a global team. • Own, groom, and prioritize backlog for Marketing Engineering initiatives aligned to the Marketing PM’s roadmap. • Write detailed user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria that accurately reflect business goals and user needs. • Partner with developers, stakeholders, UX/UI designers, Product, and content strategists to deliver initiatives end-to-end. • Support feature and content delivery for aapc.com, including templates, landing pages, navigation updates, conversion improvements, and technical SEO needs. • Act as the primary day-to-day liaison between Marketing Engineering and stakeholders in Marketing, the larger Product organization, Content, Design, and Engineering groups. • Help maintain strong agile/product hygiene (clear definitions of done/ready, healthy backlog, visible progress).
