Account Executive
Frontera
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including discovery, demos, proposal development, negotiation, and closing • Prospect within defined target markets, researching and engaging smaller clinical practices • Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers at clinics and other target customers • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to demonstrate Frontera’s value • Collaborate with SDRs to ensure qualified leads are effectively pursued • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in the CRM • Provide regular forecasts and updates to the Sales Development Manager and leadership • Identify risks or opportunities in the sales pipeline and proactively address them • Gather insights from customers and prospects to inform product, marketing, and growth strategies • Represent Frontera at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing multiple deals and competing priorities
- Experience selling to pediatric therapy practices or healthcare providers (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) (preferred)
