Role Description We are looking for an Engineering Manager who can balance both technical contributions (read: write code) and people management. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering leadership to drive the overall technical direction of the Beta Workflows team over our next phase of growth. You’ll get to work cross-functionally to support the launch of new products and features by building out the data architecture that informs and drives insights at Stellar. Your mission will be to provide Stellar with cutting-edge, reliable, and easy-to-use infrastructure for ingesting, storing, processing, and extracting valuable insights from data in order to enable downstream users to be successful. The team is tight-knit with high ownership, so your work will have a meaningful impact on our ability to directly improve patient access to health care. About the team The Beta Workflows team works on unlocking and accelerating Stellar Health adoption in large Medical Groups. These Medical Groups have unique challenges: - Deploying Stellar across multiple Office Locations - Addressing more enterprise level needs that speak not just to the Staff on the ground, but also to Leadership roles in these organizations On this team, you’ll build and manage novel EHR integrated workflows. You will improve the Stellar Application to be more targeted to specific User Roles, and build features that target specific roles that are needed in these larger Medical Groups. Key highlights and technical challenges of this team - Directly contribute to the company bottom line by being directly responsible for improving the workflows of our largest Medical Groups. - Own the build and delivery of software to our largest medical groups, covering more than 600k patients. - Develop, discover and iterate on workflows that rely on writing data to EHRs. - Improve our ability to manage large Patient Panels across multiple offices. - Build a Role Based Access system that personalizes the Application to specific User Roles, and delivers a personalized experience to each role. How you'll make an impact - Own the technical direction and impact of the Beta Workflows team. You’ll be responsible for its capabilities, quality and capacity. - Manage and grow the team. Actively participate in the recruiting and retention of team members. - Write production quality code and provide effective and constructive feedback by reviewing others’ designs and work. - Set consistent standards for code; testing and fixing bugs throughout the process and managing your team to do the same. - Contribute to Stellar’s Engineering Culture. Participate in x-org technical and leadership forums to create a high performing organization. - Work with senior engineering and product leaders in aligning on product roadmaps, specifications, and priorities. Qualifications - At least ten years of total experience, with recent hands-on experience writing production level code (Python (preferred) / Java / C++ / Go). - At least 3 years of experience managing software development teams with hands-on involvement in system architecture, design and performance. - Expertise in relational databases, such as PostgreSQL. - Experience with Django or with a similar web framework. - Expertise in a cloud platform such as AWS (preferred), GCP, Azure. Quality Manager

• Own end-to-end quality performance, including measurement, monitoring, reporting, and submission processes to ensure we meet or exceed all contractual quality thresholds. • Design and implement strategic initiatives focused on improving outcomes in preventive care and optimizing Stellar processes and workflows. • Own relationships with external vendors and partners who support/advise on the quality submission processes. • Advise ACO leadership on performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to setting cost and quality contract targets. • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of interventions and guide future strategy. • Serve as the subject matter expert on CMS and payer quality programs (MSSP, Medicare Stars, MIPS, HEDIS, eCQMs), translating complex requirements into actionable workflows. • Manage all supplemental data submission workflows, including chart retrieval, data integrity checks, and validation audits. • Lead primary source verification (PSV) audit protocols, partnering with practices to ensure chart-level compliance with NCQA standards. • Work directly with network practices to co-design workflows that optimize quality performance, providing hands-on training and education on best practices. • Collaborate across internal teams (Product, Analytics, and Operations) to build scalable, consistent data workflows and provider-facing tools.
Senior Product Manager – Enterprise Analytics

• Drive the Analytics Engineering Roadmap: Serve as the functional lead for the AE squad; manage the backlog, lead sprint ceremonies, and ensure the team is focused on the highest-leverage modeling work. • Define Data as a Product: Own the requirement development for our analytics layers, ensuring dbt models and Snowflake structures are treated as curated products with high standards for uptime, documentation, and usability. • Standardize Business Logic: Drive the creation and maintenance of consistent data definitions across the company. You ensure that metrics are defined once in the modeling layer and used everywhere. • Support QA and Data Validation: Act as a final gate for quality; you will perform and coordinate QA on new data models and reports to ensure they meet business requirements and maintain high data integrity. • Perform Exploratory Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to validate assumptions, investigate data discrepancies, and help the team understand the impact of new data models on business KPIs. • Own the "Front-End" Data Portfolio: Lead the design, UX, and strategy for our internal and external reporting suites (Tableau/Looker). You define the standards for how data is visualized and consumed. • Operationalize Data via Reverse ETL: Oversee the integration of analytics data back into business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Customer.io) via **Data Contracts** to ensure integrations are reliable and resilient. • Collaborate Across Product Squads: Act as the "voice of data" during the upstream product development process, ensuring that new features are built to support robust downstream analytics.
Director, Provider Implementations

Associate Account Executive

• Conduct high volume of outreach via cold call (50+ calls per day), email and LinkedIn to build relationships with Doctor's offices targeted to be in our Network • Work with sales leadership to develop an outreach plan and prioritization of a target list of Doctor's offices, leveraging sales intelligence tools as needed • Prospecting will be across a diversified set of Doctor's offices, both geographically and by structure (including but not limited to, independent primary care practices, large medical groups, and hospital systems) • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities, both in terms of activity quota and signed Doctor's offices (primary care) via executed contracts • Capture and storage of the executed contract with the Doctor’s office • Innovate and test creative ways to gain access and trust to the Doctor’s office decision makers • Transition onboarded provider to the appropriate next stakeholder in our sales process, our Provider Success Team, by scheduling the onboarded Doctor's office for an account training session. • Efficiently nurture prospects over the course of 2-5 meetings, otherwise quickly moving to higher impact opportunities • Use data-driven metrics for evaluating and improving the impact of your outreach efforts and reporting to Sales leadership on lead generation metrics • Communicate the Stellar value proposition in concise and easy to consume manner that is reflective of the limited time availability of primary care practice staff • Collaborate with peers, account executives, and sales leadership to innovate and improve our outreach strategies that yield improved conversion rates • Collect and track information that provides sales intelligence for our team, organizing and categorizing sales lead information into our CRM (Salesforce).
