Job Requirements

- A Natural Communicator: You are confident, persuasive, and human-centric. You can navigate a conversation with a senior government official or a busy non-profit director with equal ease.
- A Tech-Savvy Builder: You are comfortable with CRM workflows (HubSpot) and modern sales stacks. You view technology as a lever to make your outreach smarter and more personal.
- A Resilient Competitor: You have a background in high-performance or metrics-driven environments, in a previous BDR role, or a competitive arena where results were the core focus.
- Mission-Obsessed: You aren’t just looking for a tech job; you want to work on the world's toughest social problems. You are curious about how AI can be a force for good in the lives of vulnerable people.
- Bonus points for:
- Experience navigating the US public sector
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where the playbook is being written as you go.
- If you’ve already "carried a bag" or hit a quota in a BDR capacity, you’ll hit the ground running.
