• Support renewal opportunities in partnership with Solution Account Managers in the Mid Market/Scale space • Assist customers in understanding Adobe enterprise solutions, configuration, environment, and how they fit within their current infrastructure and business processes • Drive awareness into the account base through regular email campaigns and drive attendance to live and online seminars • Close renewal and expansion business on a monthly basis, meeting or exceeding your quarterly and annual quota objectives • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Adobe's competitive positioning in the marketplace
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of prior inside/outside sales experience, preferably in enterprise software
- Experience with Customer Journey (Marketo), Adobe Commerce (Magento) and Workflow (Workfront) solutions
- Proven track record of success and a history of exceeding quota
- Creative self-starter: ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in prospect to closure and holding quota for your own territory
- Accurately forecast and manage pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all deals in the CRM system
- Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
