Senior Solutions Consultant
Sprinklr
• Act as a key member of the account team for your territory, working directly with prospects and customers during sales cycles as a trusted advisor to build confidence and excitement around Sprinklr’s suite of products and integrations with customer systems • Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, challenges, and desired outcomes across marketing, social media, customer care and CX • Understand potential business opportunities at customer prospects, including researching and understanding prospects' go-to-market strategies • Design and present tailored solutions using Sprinklr’s platform, showcasing how our technology drives value across the marketing tech stack • Facilitate workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements to demonstrate solution fit and strategic impact • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing) to deliver compelling demos, create solution architectures and align to positive business outcomes and go-to-market strategy • Translate complex platform capabilities into business value for executive and practitioner audiences • Stay current on industry trends in mar-tech, social media, contact center, and customer experience to inform solution strategy and client conversations • Work collaboratively with your peers and seek opportunities to grow through mentorship and peer learning across the global presales team
Job Requirements
- Experience Solutions Consultant/Sales Engineer with experience in a role at a SaaS company working with Enterprise clients
- A strategic thinker with experience in marketing technology, customer experience, or digital transformation consulting
- Experience guiding prospects and customers through structured problem solving and value realization frameworks and helping clients innovate and transform their customer experiences
- Familiar with platforms such as CRM, Marketing Automation, Social Media Management, Business Intelligence and CCaaS, as well as integrations between systems
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders from C-suite to practitioner, with strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Thought leader with a track record of publishing, speaking, or contributing to industry conversations
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning
- Demonstrates empathy and builds trust quickly
- Willingness for up to 40% travel, largely within the US
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in a solutions consulting/sales engineering role
- Experience with Sprinklr or similar Unified-CXM platforms a plus
- Understanding of AI and automation as applied to marketing and CX use cases
- Familiarity with data integration, API connectivity, and scalable solution design in mar-tech environments
- Excellent business and technical presentation skills (remote and in-person), communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills, across all levels of management
- Proficient technical aptitude including at a conceptual and practitioner level, and ability to become a subject matter expert with new technology applications
