Sales Development Representative, Part-Time
CounselFi
• Conduct 15-20 strategic cold calls per hour to targeted prospects using our ZoomInfo + HubSpot lead generation system • Augment your calling with strategic email and LinkedIn outreach to create multiple touchpoints • Help refine and evolve our outreach messaging and strategy across all channels based on real-world feedback and results • Identify and qualify prospective clients who would benefit from our CFO expertise • Document prospect feedback to help improve our value proposition • Schedule discovery calls for qualified prospects with our leadership team • Contribute to the development of our sales process during this exciting growth phase
Job Requirements
- Proven comfort with cold calling and the resilience to persevere through rejection
- Natural ability to build rapport quickly and communicate complex value propositions clearly
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently while following structured processes
- Genuine interest in business finance and helping companies grow
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Strong listening skills and ability to identify prospect pain points

• You will be the first point of contact for our future German-speaking clients. • You’ll aim to understand their needs, introduce our solutions, demonstrate our value in the competitive digital trust and e-signature space, and ultimately deliver to our Account Executive team the essential information needed to close deals. • Handle new leads coming in from marketing: reach out, qualify them, and convert them into opportunities for the Sales team. • Become a true expert in our solution suite to present the most suitable offering for German-speaking prospects. • Own your inbound book of business: track all inbound requests and ensure timely, appropriate follow-up. • Follow our lead-processing workflows and record all relevant information in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect into target accounts through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, messaging, light calling) • Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales motion • Identify ideal customer profiles, key personas, and pain points through research and discovery • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to craft compelling outreach and hand off qualified opportunities • Track all activities, insights, and conversations in our CRM to maintain a clean and accurate pipeline • Experiment with new messaging, channels, and strategies to optimize conversion and learn quickly • Serve as a key voice in shaping how we scale our top-of-funnel motion
