Payroll Administrator

Watertown Enterprises

• Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time using ADP systems. • Enter and review timekeeping data and payroll information. • Monitor payroll-related emails and communications. • Set up and manage child support deductions. • Process 401(k) contributions and company match. • Generate payroll reports, including prevailing wage and certified payroll. • Process prevailing wage reporting through LCP Tracker. • Ensure compliance with wage notices and documentation requirements. • Assist with registering and setting up tax accounts in new states and municipalities. • Support Accounts Payable with payroll-related reporting. • Partner with HR and Finance to ensure smooth payroll operations. • Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll data. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of payroll or accounting experience
  • Experience with ADP payroll systems required
  • Knowledge of payroll processes, tax withholdings, and unemployment taxes
  • Experience with prevailing wage or certified payroll preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
