Role Description 3 Promise Labor Services is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage full-cycle payroll operations across multiple locations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while supporting compliance, reporting, and coordination with HR and Finance. What You’ll Do - Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time using ADP systems. - Enter and review timekeeping data and payroll information. - Monitor payroll-related emails and communications. - Set up and manage child support deductions. - Process 401(k) contributions and company match. - Generate payroll reports, including prevailing wage and certified payroll. - Process prevailing wage reporting through LCP Tracker. - Ensure compliance with wage notices and documentation requirements. - Assist with registering and setting up tax accounts in new states and municipalities. - Support Accounts Payable with payroll-related reporting. - Partner with HR and Finance to ensure smooth payroll operations. - Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll data. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - 3–5 years of payroll or accounting experience. - Experience with ADP payroll systems required. - Knowledge of payroll processes, tax withholdings, and unemployment taxes. - Experience with prevailing wage or certified payroll preferred. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Education - Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
