• Responsible for the overall oversight of clinical studies • Developing comprehensive QCO Plans in collaboration with Clinical Trial Managers • Supporting study risk assessments and defining RBQM study needs and strategies • Maintaining and improving standard operating procedures related to clinical monitoring • Presenting QCO roles and procedures to study teams and CROs • Overseeing monitoring deliverables such as Monitor Visit Reports and CTMS data • Conducting site visits and presenting findings

• Act as a subject matter expert for the configuration, implementation, and execution of Central Monitoring RBQM system across studies • Maintain Central Monitoring Key Risk Indicators and Quality Tolerance Limit Libraries within Central Monitoring RBQM system • Coordinate with functional and cross functional stakeholders to develop configuration specifications for Central Monitoring in RBQM system • Provide operational expertise, training, and guidance as a point of escalation • Conduct central monitoring reviews in support of study central monitor • Participate in ongoing improvements in standardizing technologies, systems, processes, and training materials

• Lead the team responsible for 1Password’s core collaboration and productivity ecosystem, including Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Zoom, Asana, OpenAI/ChatGPT, and Enterprise Search. • Build the function from the ground up, establishing the team's operating model, culture, and foundational processes while growing the team's size and scope. • Ensure that enterprise tools operate in a consistent, scalable, secure, and well-governed manner. • Oversee service configuration, vendor strategy, cross-system workflows, and AI-driven automation capabilities. • Transform the team into the company's center of excellence for enterprise tools and workflow automation. • Guide the expansion of the team's scope to include specialized business systems as the organization scales.
