• Lead the team responsible for 1Password’s core collaboration and productivity ecosystem, including Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Zoom, Asana, OpenAI/ChatGPT, and Enterprise Search. • Build the function from the ground up, establishing the team's operating model, culture, and foundational processes while growing the team's size and scope. • Ensure that enterprise tools operate in a consistent, scalable, secure, and well-governed manner. • Oversee service configuration, vendor strategy, cross-system workflows, and AI-driven automation capabilities. • Transform the team into the company's center of excellence for enterprise tools and workflow automation. • Guide the expansion of the team's scope to include specialized business systems as the organization scales.
Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience managing high-performing IT professionals.
- 6+ years of experience in IT.
- Experience leading and developing a team of IT engineers or technical ICs responsible for enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Experience providing technical leadership and decision-making guidance across tools such as Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Zoom, Asana, ChatGPT, and similar platforms, even when not hands-on.
- Experience designing, supporting, and governing cross-system integrations and automation workflows that scale across the organization.
- Track record of setting strategy, planning roadmaps, and driving delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives while scaling systems and team capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to make structured decisions around platform configuration, access models, vendor management, AI feature considerations, and governance standards.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing remote team environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
