This is a fully remote, detail‑intensive position requiring strong clinical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to evaluate nursing and clinical documentation with accuracy and consistency. You will review documentation, verify that clinical services matched what was authorized, ensure state insurance guidelines were followed, and communicate findings to clients by phone and email. Responsibilities The Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and validating all clinical information processed by Client Coordinators before it is sent to clients.
