• Partner with internal teams to turn complex data into engaging and meaningful copy for a variety of audiences • Develop original content for deliverables across digital and print media • Collaborate with Creative personnel leads to help establish the creative vision and refine graphics and layouts for all pieces • Engage with clients to understand their brand(s), key messages, and creative vision
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of pharmaceutical agency copywriting experience
- Experience writing for both HCP and consumer audiences
- Solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles

• Develop copy that translates our products, brand, and value propositions into compelling concepts, content, and end-to-end consumer experiences. • Write high-performing CRM copy including emails, push notifications, SMS, headlines, and longer-form content. • Demonstrate a strong understanding of business objectives and create copy aligned to marketing, brand, and growth goals. • Collaborate confidently with design partners, stakeholders, and legal to ensure clarity, compliance, and creativity in every deliverable. • Bring forward fresh ideas and new approaches that deepen engagement and resonate with our audience. • Stay up to date with industry trends, CRM best practices, and shifts in digital culture.
**Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:** - We operate with clearly defined processes, briefs, timelines, and review cycles, so you can focus on what you do best—writing/editing high-performing copy, not chasing context or unclear feedback. - You’ll craft copy for multiple clients across healthcare, home services, and charity sectors in Canada and the USA, giving you exposure to leading companies in their markets, audiences, and diverse campaign types. - You’ll craft and refine high-performing copy across multiple channels, including websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and blogs, ensuring clarity, persuasion, and alignment with each brand’s voice. **How You’ll Work?** - Work from clear briefs that outline goals, audience, messaging direction, and success metrics. - Collaborate closely with marketing strategists and designers, and share your suggestions to help optimize campaigns. - You’ll optimize copy based on conversion rates, CTR, and engagement to drive measurable campaign success. - Research and leverage leading SEO and AI tools to streamline content production without losing quality.
