• Manage projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycles. • Gather, understand, and document client requirements and objectives. • Coordinate internal teams and resources to support project success. • Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables. • Communicate project updates, risks, challenges, and opportunities to clients and senior management. • Identify areas for improvement and help teams achieve better-than-spec outcomes. • Create and maintain project documentation, processes, and procedures. • Contribute to client-facing documentation that supports operational efficiency and scalability. • Support problem-solving and decision-making when project challenges arise.

• Manage and optimize Facebook (Meta) ad campaigns to meet or exceed client goals • Monitor and update daily campaign performance metrics • Prepare and deliver weekly campaign performance reports • Develop and test new ad concepts on a monthly basis • Contribute to campaign strategy and optimization efforts • Help build and improve internal Facebook Ads and Social Ads documentation • Assist with newsletter advertising operations, including building ads, updating newsletters, and scheduling campaigns

Role Description This is a remote position. Specialist.PH is looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns for our clients. • Edit long-form and short-form videos (sales letters, YouTube videos, VSLs, webinars, trainings) • Edit video ads optimized for performance and conversions • Apply direct-response editing techniques (hooks, pattern interrupts, captions, CTA pacing) • Collaborate closely with the marketing and content team to align videos with campaign goals • Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short-form clips • Ensure all videos are on-brand, polished, and optimized for each platform
