Job Requirements

- Demonstrated success in client retention and growth

Role Description Administrator Location: Remote - this is a home based role, with training taking place in Middlewich. Salary: £24,784.50 Please note, this is a 12 month FTC contract. InHealth is a proud supporter of the Diabetic Eye Screening Programmes across NHS England, and has grown to offer fully managed services across the country. To increase efficiency, we also built our own software system which enables us to adapt and change to meet the requirements our employees need to achieve a better user experience. We do this to ensure early diagnoses and to reduce diabetes related complications to our patients. What you will do - Join our Failsafe team, ensuring administrative processes are in place if something goes wrong in the patient’s pathway. What you are responsible for - Monitoring all patients referred to the Hospital Eye Service Department in line with guidance and policy. - Supporting the booking of appointments for the patient based on their referral type in line with national set timelines. - Ensuring patients on discharge are referred back into the programme within the correct pathway and the patient’s GP has been informed. - Liaising with Maternity Units within the Hospital to ensure that all Diabetic patients who are pregnant are referred to the Diabetic Eye Screening Programme. - Auditing the status of patients to ensure all patients under the Hospital Eye Service are seen at least annually. - Reviewing and responding to individual queries & data capture. Qualifications - Educated to GCSE or equivalent qualifications and/or training/experience in Patient Care. - Experienced in dealing with customers and/or patients and know how to handle their queries effectively and sensitively. - Comfortable with audits and reporting. - A good listener with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Aware of the importance of patient confidentiality and data protection. - Able to maintain and ensure observation of robust internal quality assurance measures to meet national standards. - Flexible in weekly working patterns and locations as required. - A team player who is supportive, reliable and trustworthy. - Approachable, dedicated and hardworking. - A people person – someone who enjoys working alongside and helping others. - Calm and focused in challenging situations. - Great at organising things and able to prioritise their workload. - Good at attention to detail. - Able to work well within set procedures. • Maintain administrative functions for CVAS operations while ensuring that company policies and guidelines are interpreted correctly and followed • Support the training of new hires and maintain new-hire administrative training materials • Process bid requests & agreements via email, client portals, etc. • Manage the database of client-specific job handoff emails • Deliver completed reports to clients through e-mail and/or various portals • Create and submit retainer invoices • Check the CVAS database for prior work experience • Prepare and send Colliers Professional Service Agreements to clients • Accept, sign and/or return engagement letters for new awards
• Develop a thorough understanding of Lighthouse workflows, critical paths needed to progress work through the system and tools used by Lighthouse to manage workflows • Delegate key stakeholders to ensure proper project management tasks and workflows are completed, including oversight and support to manage the workload queue • Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders and analyze project requirements to effectively create and maintain project schedules. • Oversee the completion of key tasks such as SOW creation, kick-off call preparation and completion, and documentation of workflows, standards and project closure tasks such as final billing and data destruction as needed • Work with the Service Delivery leadership team to set the strategy and direction of the EMEA eDiscovery practice • Establish excellent working relationship with peers at other Lighthouse Offices locations and ensure close collaborative working and homogeneity of our solutions • Plan, monitor and manage internal and external project communications of pod members • Perform other related duties as assigned
